| What We Believe? |
1. Bible: Composed of 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, the Bible was
uniquely, verbally and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and it is inerrant and infallible. It
is the only authority for all matters related to the Christian faith. We should interpret
Scripture with Scripture itself.
2. God: There is one true God, eternally existing in three persons -- Father, Son
and Holy Spirit--each of whom possesses equally all the attributes of Deity. God is
Holy and eternal. God became a human being in the person of Lord Jesus Christ.
Human beings will never become gods.
3. Lord Jesus Christ: He is God, the Living Word, Incarnation of the Second
Person of the Triune God; He became a human being through His miraculous
conception by the Holy Spirit and His virgin birth through virgin Mary. He is perfect
God and perfect Man in one person forever. He lived a sinless, holy and perfect life
and voluntarily atoned for the sins of men by dying on the cross as their substitute,
thus satisfying divine justice and accomplishing salvation for all who trust in Him
alone. He rose from the dead in the same body, though glorified, in which He lived
and died. He ascended bodily into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God the
Father, where He, the only mediator between God and man, continually makes
intercession for His own.
4. Creation: The account of creation events recorded in the Book of Genesis is
literal and factual, happened in six [6] consecutive twenty-four [24] hour days of
Creation. Adam and Eve were directly created by God, not through evolutionary
mechanisms. Darwinism is a lie created by Satan through ungodly men.
5. Man: Man was originally created in the image of God. He sinned by disobeying
God; thus, he was alienated from his Creator. All human beings are sinners by virtue
of their descent from Adam, who disobeyed God and became a sinner. Man is dead
in his sins and trespasses. Man is completely hopeless and lost without being
saved through faith in Lord Jesus Christ.
6. Salvation: Salvation is a gift of God, not a reward for good works of men. It is
wholly a work of God's free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human
works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those
who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, and thereby justified them in His
sight.
7. Heaven: Heaven is a literal place where God and righteous angels abide. All
believers saved through faith in Lord Jesus Christ will enter into heaven.
Hell: Hell is a literal lake of fire reserved for Satan, demons, and men who did not put
their trust in Lord Jesus Christ.
8. Holy Spirit: He is God and a Person. The Holy Spirit has come into the world to
reveal and glorify Christ and to apply the saving work of Christ to men. He convicts
and draws sinners to Christ, imparts new life to them, continually indwells them from
the moment of spiritual birth and seals them until the day of redemption. His
fullness, power and control are appropriated in the believer's life by faith.
9. Satan: He is a real personal adversary of both God and man. He is the Father of
all lies and evil we have in our world.
10. Death: It is the direct consequence of Adam's sin. At physical death the
believer enters immediately into eternal, conscious fellowship with the Lord and
awaits the resurrection of his body to everlasting glory and blessing. At physical
death the unbeliever enters immediately into eternal, conscious separation from the
Lord and awaits the resurrection of his body to everlasting judgment and
condemnation.
11. Church: It is the Body of Christ, composed of all men, living and dead, who
have been joined to Him through saving faith.
12. Marriage: the only legitimate marriage approved by God is the joining of one
man and one woman. There is no such thing as a homosexual marriage. God of
Bible does not approve of polygamy either.
13. Sex: God forbids sexual union outside heterosexual marriage.
14. Pornography: The poison of the mind with disastrous consequences for the
person watching it and on the people around him or her. It ruins the joy of the
believer and disrupts his or her fellowship with God.
15. Evangelism: The primary mission of every Christian believer in this world is
to preach the gospel of Lord Jesus Christ. I do not give apology to anybody for
preaching the good news of Jesus Christ and proclaiming the 'Old Rugged Cross'.
16. Non-Christian religions: They are false systems fabricated by human
beings. They are not substitutes to Christian gospel. They are not other ways to God.
Only Christ is the way to God.
17. Religious Texts of other religions: They do not contain the Word of
God. Only Holy Bible is the Word of God.
18. Family: It is the foundation of every civilization. It is an institution created by God
for the welfare of human beings. Husband is the leader of a home and should love
his wife and children with the love of Christ.
19. Work: Work is a responsibility God has given human beings. Able bodied
people should work and take care of themselves rather than applying for welfare and
public assistance.
20. Second Coming of Christ: Jesus Christ will come again to the earth --
personally, visibly and bodily -- to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.
